Let us walk you through what Don has to offer when it comes to your roof inspection! The standard Home Maintenance Program evaluates your property based on internal and external measures. Here are all the areas we inspect:

✔ Kitchen – In the kitchen we check your dishwasher filter, garbage disposal, sink drain, exhaust fan, cabinet hardware, doors & windows, light fixtures, refrigerator coils, and countertops to ensure details are functioning. 

✔ Living Room, Bonus/Family Room & Basement – Here, we inspect doors & windows, sump pump, anti-intrusion devices, fireplace pilot, and look for any possible water infiltration.  

✔ Laundry Room – In the laundry room we examine your washer filter, dryer vent, doors & windows and light fixtures to ensure everything is functioning properly. 

✔ Bedrooms – Here we review your doors & windows if any lubrication or tightening is needed. We also check for burnt-out bulbs in your light fixtures. 

✔ Bathrooms – In your bathrooms we inspect your sink drains, bathtub drains, faucets, exhaust fans, cabinet hardware, toilets, caulking, ground-fault circuit interrupters, and wall tiles. 

✔ Garage – Here we check your main garage door, switches, windows, light fixtures & bulbs. 

✔ Furnace/Mechanical Room – In this location examining your furnace filter and when it was last replaced is our top priority. We inspect your water heater, visible ductwork & piping, and central humidifier to check for leaks and the overall condition of them. ✔ Interior Various – Throughout our visit we will inspect for any fire extinguishers and recommend which one would be best for your home. We will inspect all light fixtures as well as any exposed wires for wear and possible accidents.

✔ Lawn (Front & Back) – Here, we review the conditions of your fence and gates, trees and shrubs and check grading to determine if water runs away. 

✔ Driveway, Walkways, Patios & Decks – Here, we inspect the overall condition and alignment of your porch, patio & deck, floor, and retaining walls. 

✔ Roof, Windows & Door, & General BLDG Envelope – This is Don’s specialty! Don will take flight and capture footage of your roof and gutters. After, we will evaluate your gutters, eaves & downspouts, walls, outdoor AC, exterior faucets, window screens, and handrails. Don plays an essential role in gathering information so we can provide you with the best possible recommendations.

After our home inspection, a detailed report outlining our findings and recommendations will be provided to you.
