PROGRAM FEATURES
1. Home Checkups Every Six Months
After signing up, you will shortly be contacted by your personal Home Specialist to arrange an initial assessment appointment with a Property Inspector.
Once your assessment is complete, you will receive your personalized semi-annual checklist along with your semi-annual inspection summary. This helps to track your home’s condition, and to prioritize repairs. The maintenance program includes two home checkups every year.
We help you avoid expensive repairs by identifying and fixing small issues before they grow.
2. Routine Home Maintenance
Your plan includes preventative home maintenance tasks that we complete for you every six months, including:
- Service Furnace Filter (Clean or Replace)
- Clean Dryer Vent
- Clean Dishwasher Filter
- Clean Washer Filter
- Clean Garbage Disposal
- Check Fire Extinguishers
- Lubricate Doors & Windows
- Service Smoke Alarms and CO2 Detectors
- Service Exhaust Fans in Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Clean Drains in Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Replace Light Bulbs (as needed)
- Adjust and Lubricate interior/exterior Doors & Windows
- Adjust and Lubricate Garage Door
- Clean Drains in Bathroom sinks and tubs
- Tighten or adjust cabinet hardware

How many times will your visit my home?
The Home Maintenance Program includes 2 visits per year – one every six months.
After signing up, how soon will I receive my first service?
Your Home Specialist will contact you to set up a date and time for your first Home Assessment. The normal scheduling window is 2-3 weeks.
What is included in my maintenance subscription?
Your subscription includes two home assessments per year, and an updated report after each assessment. We will help you track the health of the systems that make up your home. Additionally, the following tasks are completed every visit:

FAQ’s
Are parts and materials included in the program costs?
Materials that are regularly used for home checkups such as standard filters, batteries, and lightbulbs are included with your program. Specific/ non-standard parts related to unique repairs, emergencies, and on-demand services will be charged separately. For example, specialty light bulbs may incur an additional fee.
Note: If a ladder must be used to reach a ceiling that is higher than 12 feet, extra charges may apply.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
During your first appointment, your technician will perform a thorough home checkup, evaluate your major systems, document your appliances, and complete any necessary routine maintenance tasks. Depending on your home size, the appointment will likely take 2-3 hours.
How does on-demand service work?
Contact your Home Specialist to arrange services through phone, email, or online request form. The rate of your discount as a member varies depending on the trade. Parts and materials cost extra if the type of work falls outside the home maintenance program.
What if my home is more than 2,700 Square feet?
The $749.00 annual fee applies to homes under 2,700 square feet of developed space. Includes 1 kitchen, a master bath and 2 additional full baths; and up to 4 bedrooms. For larger homes, please request a quote.
