It’s happening this summer … GLOBALFEST! The most explosive event in Calgary! This event is happening near the end of August. This event will celebrate a world of difference with many countries, bringing everyone together. The thing we ALL needed after this pandemic. GlobalFest is a not-for-profit community development agency dedicated to celebrating, showcasing and promoting Calgary’s cultural diversity and artistic excellence. GlobalFest is an event where it is dedicated to facilitating discussions around racism, discrimination, oppression and justice, through forums and educational programming with the intention of sustaining commitment by our community to work towards a more inclusive society. 

At the event, there will be amazing fireworks, local and different ethnic foods, local night markets where you can get some amazing locally made products, and of course, live music played during the event.
